Modifiers don't draw properly #6

With the camera a certain distance from town center the modifier +K on a factory does not flash in and out but instead becomes solid and does not disappear.

Just tested this out with the new(ish) modifier drawing system and it seems to be fine so i'm going to close this. If you want to give it another test then go ahead but i built outwards for quite some time reaching a good distance and didn't experience it.
