Clean up CatchingBlimp repo

Working out of a fork

Intend to do the following:

remove temp files, datasets
organize and categorize files
keep only the latest code, archive the rest in branches
split out the blimp code into separate repo to work out of, add into CatchingBlimp as a submodule

Also cleaned up the Basestation into branches for each of the versions
