Registering a user with an invalid email address provides little feedback #44

Description

Similar to #43, attempting to register with an invalid email address.

I used "test@test.com" just flashed a red "X" on the screen.

Suggestions

I would suggest some feedback saying "Invalid email address, please enter a valid one" or something to that effect.
