Refactors the code to be more independent, only changes are export_model_escape: escapes NullPointer for version 1.2.1 and query_data_as_is in ObjectStorage to allow custom queries for the elastic. Note that in order to use local_file_import is used (repackages data from Minio to OPDM shape for using package_for_pypowsybl in helper.py)
