Known issues:

  1. setting TIME_TRAVEL seconds equal to '00' will result in duplication of tasks.
  2. current configuration requires to add '+0200' to the end of time_travel string, there might be a better way to simplify input data for daily operational processes. E.g. remove seconds and timezone from input data in Jenkins manual job.
