Dependencies clarification #6

Hi there,

I've realised that it depends at least of three dependencies https://github.com/Baremetrics/calendar/blob/master/public/index.html#L11L13

however the README doesn't mention anything and package.json doesn't have dependencies attribute so it drove me confused to think that it doesn't have any.

Could specify them in README and/or package.json to help people to know about it?
