Processing of traffic counts provided by the California Department of Transportation, from their Traffic Census Program. Counts for typical weekdays -- defined as Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in March, April, May, September, October, and November, excluding holidays -- are extracted and aggregated. The resulting data is available here. The data is presented in a Tableau interactive.
