How to setting FILE options? #1

Good morning I used OnkoDICOM to output DVH This is the sample DVH_NPCtest.csv How can I set the columns in the file?

sorry I didn't understand the manual It will be better understood if there is a sample file Thank you

Hi!

Thanks for trying the software. It seems your input format is wrong, it should be in long format (dose,volume NEWLINE dose,volume) rather than wide format. I’ve enclosed your input file now in the correct format, as well as a short python code to convert between the two.

A very useful tool and I am interested in trying it. Could you attach a sample dvh and tox file? I am getting repeated errors in my file.
