why opencv3 can compile success ,but opencv 2.4.13 compile fail #85

opencv3 can compile success ,but can't use maskrcnn ,it can get "load net parameters 段错误" ； if use opencv 2.4.13 ,it compile failed;

opencv2.4.11 ok
