Highlights 🟢 :

Good use of functions and use of ES6.
Good use of modules

There are a few suggestions that may improve your code:

Shift an item around the list.
Be able to edit the line by clicking on the line itself and not only on the vertical option icon.
Change the mouse pointer when it hovers over the checkbox or the options icon.

However the above are only suggestions to improve your code.
