Display Statistics #5

Now that data is saved and accessible, choose which views to present in order to draw graphs and show statistics to the user on frontend.

Data is currently presented as graphs so people can compare crimes between counties, next step is maybe make direct comparisons per capita and allow people to view specific crime types.
