Create f1000research-instructions.md #108

Created a "presenters" folder for including instructions, links, and useful information for presenters. This commit adds information about f1000research instructions for posters and speakers.

Feel free to ignore this one, but there is a lot of information for presenters, so having a one-stop-shop could be helpful.

@seandavi, should these paragraphs be on the call-for-abstracts.md page? Instructions for contributed talks on top, for posters - under the "Call for posters" header, for workshops (PR #109) - under the "Call for workshops" header.

Haven't noted the previous reply, ignoring this PR.
