Will return to this when we decide on poster format this week. If we have an external site for posters we will not need to have a dedicated page at http://bioc2020.bioconductor.org/posters.

Youtube for "video" and PDF for poster? A VERY simple Shiny app can collect these two items, along with additional details like author list, abstract (in text form), github repo, bioc packages, etc. Building a small static page with links to PDF and youtube is then straightforward. Capturing the information in this form also makes it easier to disentangle the materials from the conference after the conference is over.

What do you think of this Wordpress solution @seandavi? I've been fiddling with this a little bit today - it seems not trivial but not so hard to set up either: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WvyIKedHKw

I'm not partial to any particular solution.
