This pull request adds certificates to the Bioc2021 repository for the attendees that have requested one.

TODO:

I'm unsure where to host the certificates in the site directory. Please move as appropriate.

The automated certificate generator is awesome! I'm not sure if we want to keep PDFs with attendee's names in the public repo. Perhaps, on Google Drive? @aedin, @lwaldron, any suggestions?

Can't take credit, I took it from here https://github.com/Bioconductor/EuroBioc2019/tree/master/docs/certificates. Most likely @lgatto did the hard work before.

Looks like sharing certificates via GitHub worked well. Merging, we can change, if necessary.
