Downloads direct to .csv rather than .zip files? #377

Currently the downloads pages create .zip files. Is it possible to create .csv files to reduce the number of steps for users? e.g. https://butterfly-monitoring.net/mydata/downloads

Or does the asynchronous download facility require ,zip files?

It has been coded that way as it's more efficient for larger files, but we could add a switch to the configuration so that the zipping stage can be turned off. 1-2 hours work.
