Add in-app photo cropping #443

Photos sent to the AI for classification might benefit from photo cropping. We could add this feature like we have done it in the E-Surveyor app.

I was going to ask you about this as we've found it can make quite a difference for the AI classification success for moths

I noticed that cropping can actually influence the id for some AI. The Norwegian app Artsoraklet went from almost 100% Plebejus argus to 100% Plebejus idas. It is somewhat worrying and I haven't seen it being evaluated. Unsure if ObsIdentify behaves in a similar way.
