When downloading the files of the transect Riserva Naturale Bessa code 228211 on the Annual Report page https://butterfly-monitoring.net/annual-report, most of the years with visits report empty files (0 KB). This happened in all the years with data (except 2024), from 2020 to 2023 for the occurrence files and only for 2023 and 2022 for the sample files.
In all these years there have been several visits, but there are several visits with training mode on. I don't know if that can affect it.
Neither the user (Indicia Warehouse User ID 253383), the Italian coordinator nor I could download the files correctly from the Annual Report page. We can do it from the download page for coordinators, but the user doesn't have access to that page. The possibility of downloading correctly from the Annual Report page is needed.
