Test all updated scripts with data from CanOA station #28

The SOOP scripts have been updated using the Finnmaid exported datasets as test data. Try to run all scripts using the CanOA data and edit scripts if nessecary.

The 'summary and plots' and 'STD' script now works fine with CanOA data. Next up: test the atmospheric and oxygen check scripts (yet to be created) with CanOA data...

Have created the atmospheric plots, and had to re-create the measurements and indices plots due to bad y-ranges in initial plots.
