Kinnersley Tetrad mStar Indeterminate φ component #9

When using the KinnersleyNullTetrad function the φ component mStar evaluates to Indeterminate with error messages relating to Simplify (see screenshot).

Also found a similar problem with the α spin coefficient.

Which version of Mathematica are you using? I am not seeing this problem with Mathematica 11.2.0.0.

I'm using 11.3.0.0. I have also noticed the same error occurs with the mStar directional derivative when using KinnersleyDerivative.
