🐛 [BUG] - bluetooth unavailable after sleep #22

Description

NIC：Wireless-AC 3165 Bliss OS Version 15.8.6

Bluetooth works fine on boot. and unavailable after sleep&wake up

Reproduction steps

1.push power button
2.click sleep
3.wake up devices

turn off Bluetooth manually before sleep,bluetooth is avaliable after wake up. keep bluetooth on then set sleep.bluetooth is offline after wake up
