OverDrive MarcExpress records often have 776 tag with ISBN of a print material. It could be used to retrieve print record which can be manipulated into creation of electronic resource record with certain generic information. This new record can be contributed back to Worldcat and shared with other libraries.
Verify 776 is not striped out during the Sierra import process (seems this is happening for BPL). If that occurs it may be necessary to retrieve it from original MarcExpress records (Overdrive Marketplace backdated file).
Consider if this process fits NightShift and if needs to be a separate, perhaps manually reviewed procedure.
