In frontend_attachment.php, the <div class="slideshow_slide slideshow_slide_image"> section:

If $url is empty, do not need to output <a> tags
H2 tag should not be hard-coded. Need a $tag variable in options. For example, if the slideshow is within a H3 tag, having H2 in it would break the document outline.

Also, the hard-coded title and paragraph tags have been replaced by variable tags. See: 3ad94d1e79698bb35449dbb3e2b3a07c6bde1655
