Standardize the I.C. data for CRSS #32

If we got a standardized csv output file from 24-MS and from MTOM, we could use it to assist in all the analysis and we could use it to initialize the model.

for now, we could read the Excel file we get from MTOM, instead of manually creating the csv files. Would be slower, b/c we'd have to read all 38 sheets, but would be nice not to have to create those csv files
