I think the current approach breaks down if you have one scenario with IC from Dec 2015 and the other with IC from Dec 2016.

Currently something weird is happening. See results generated from main.R from this commit: 0248cffdd16d25b8b75467ab2add98b5f7ef71d0

For the EOCY plots, the plots should start in the End of 2016, not he end of 2015.

Figures generated show the following which is not correct for the April data.
