Detect Game State

• [x] Detect game process when game is started
• [x] Set MWR directory if not set in settings using the process exe location
• [x] Detect when game process is stopped
• [x] Display game started state
• [ ] Detect game state (whether user is in game) from memory when game is started
• [ ] Detect last played map by reading config_mp file (listen for changes to the file)
• [ ] Detect player name from config file
• [x] Add ability to turn off certain game detection features (if user has issues)
