I'm in the same boat. I have 12 of these UPSs around my house all connected to various devices and 8 NUT servers, so it'd be nice to have a way to view them all.
Oh, yes please. I only have 4 but would love to unify the view somewhere other than Home Assistant.
BTW, good start!

Interesting you note Home Assistant. I uninstalled PeaNUT and went to using Home Assistant since it is the only thing that supports multiple NUT servers.
It's very manual to create the dashboard and set everything up though. Also, getting it to send emails when your power is out isn't that simple. It's so much manual work.
I would also find this a useful feature. I have several UPS, each with a RPi zero dedicated for the nut server.
Same here, would be useful as number of networked UPS is growing with time.
Enhancement of issue
I like to be able to point to different NUT Servers
Solution
On the HOST definition on the docker compose file, add the option to add multiple hosts separated by coma ","
Alternatives
I like to avoid to run multiple instances and separate dashboards when I have more than 1 NUT instance server
Additional Context
I like to be able to monitor multiple locations or potential customers from a single Docker instance (Centralized).
