User Story

Renter

AS A thrifty and space-conscious individual,
I WANT TO be able to find and rent items to use for a limited time
SO THAT I don’t have to spend a lot of money and space on things I won’t use very often

Lister

AS AN owner of expensive items that I don’t use very often,
I WANT TO be able to post what items I have available to rent
SO THAT I can make some money

Features

• Passport Authentication
• Profile - view and edit account profile
• View Listings - search by equipment type and price
• Dashboard - manage rentals, return items, view rental status
• Post Listings - post pictures/information for equipment you want to share
• Rent Listings - select equipment to rent, Calendar - select reservation time frame

Usage

1. Sign up for an account or previous users can log in
2. Browse Listings -> Request to rent
3. Post Listings -> Confirm rental requests
4. Update Profile Info
