I feel as if the way I formatted this is just atrocious. Would it have been better to have seperated base functionality and amped functionality into separate issues?
I don't really mind the formatting. Maybe attaching example videos for the AI behavior would be helpful?

and amplifier already charges everyone
and hovercraft is already completed based on this plan 😅
A standard breakdown of the required wulfrum enemies and their respective behaviors. Before adding amplifier behavior and mechanics, it is recommended that adding the standard behavior to the other enemies first. It may be helpful to make a new subclass of the entity class so that amplification of the wulfrum enemies can be implemented modularly and seamlessly. An amplified() behavior could be defined in the Wulfrum superclass, giving a generic stat boost, but can later be overridden by the subclasses in order to have unique amplified behaviours/mechanics. If there's a method that would be better for implementing amplified mechanics and behaviors, please use that instead.
