Filterable Membership

The membership list created in #18 needs to be filterable. Some suggestion of filters:

• Membership year (defaults to current season, must always have a value)
• Search (showing only members that match the query)
• Membership type (individual/band)
• Labels (showing only members with the selected labels)

I've elected to make membership type a label (so removes this option)

Current layout - all with sample data (need to hook db in at some point!)

Debating whether filters should filter as you interact with them, or if there should be an "apply" button...
