Migrate _api routes to separate api #225

We have a separate api project now, so we should move the API queries over there and have one centralised endpoint

@matt-fidd I think these are possibly the only things left to add to payload - would you mind giving them a once-over and either adding them or saying "use this payload endpoint instead" please?
