There is currently a page for entering and withdrawing a band from an event.
We need to double-check that this functions correctly (esp. from a UI pov) in the context of a band user.
We also may need a "bulk entry" page, where the bandmaster selects a list of shows they wish to enter and we tie it all up in the background
