Get seasonId list and seasonIndex list from seasons.csv names #103

Should be able to take the string "originalSix" like it was being provided to the loadstep, and use it to get a list of seasonIndexes or seasonIds for that time period, so we can filter in ways that dont require mangling the loadstep.
