Create switch in getAllSeasons load step, so the scrap module can be imported silently #106

Current scrap loading prints all of that stuff to the console and keeps clearing the terminal for each season load step. This might be undesirable for an external app that imports scrap, so there should be an option to make the load entirely silent.
