Oddly enough, fall 2016 appeared to be taken care of in the master data copy on jolee, but a cursory look doesnt have me convinced its completely accurate. The spreadsheet needs to be finished up for hooks, bracket ids, sportIds (internal, not the IML ones)

correction: looks like the csv I built for fall2016 was right on the money, save for that its missing the think pink indoor soccer tournament, which is going to need to wait for confirmation on what actual rules it was played under.

Still need to record playoff brackets, but I can probably copy the hooks straight out of the file
