1992 Flyers W/L/T & Point totals are incorrect #37

DGB and Hockey Reference both said the 1991-92 Flyers were 32-37-11 (75). teamSummary.py says 32-33-4 (79)

I think I just forgot to implement the part where OT losses before 2000 were worth nothing, instead of one point.
