Need to be able to track what games a coach was behind the bench for, and also come up with some sort of process for determining a window surrounding the coaches tenure that will be representative of the quality of the coach (dont want to compare say Jacques Martin tenure with the habs against the entire history of the Montreal Canadiens). This is still probably not going to be of much use for cases like Scotty Bowman, Canadiens, or Al Arbour, Islanders, because the endpoints are so far apart, but its worth a try.
