Make the game comparison condition in games have an option thats not "none" for playoff games. #83

a good idea here would make the existing comp conditions a default argument to all tierII stat calls

I think what this was supposed to mean is that the comparison conditions stored by the game should be a 2-list instead of only the season select conditions. Everything else is supposed to have season & playoff game conditions paired together
