[v0] angular generator for gen2 angular sdk

Description

This PR handles:

• context for angular
• rename extension support for all files in mitosis
• handle props correctly so 'js'/random prop doesn't get added
• handle dynamic components using ngComponentOutlet and templates (supports children)
• handle spread and some other js stuff inside template
• handle template strings inside template using concatenation
