split demo forest upper fork to L3 into 3 segments #48

recently the top part hasn't been groomed but the uphill parts have been. Could be useful to have this way split into three.

@bacforsyth is it ok to create some fake junctions for this? We have a statement on the map saying that distances are measured between named junctions, but this change will split the current single linestring into three linestrings, giving three shorter distances. I'm thinking "DFL1" and "DFL2" at either side of the top section

Interesting point. We should coordinate with the trails team to see what they think. I don't think it is a pressing issue for this season as it seems they are starting to groom the top part.
