From the author: The notebook has been renamed to our article title. I have provided an anonymous version of the manuscript per the guidelines outlined. The issue with the figures not appearing in the table of contents has been addressed. I have retagged all figures according to the guidelines' specified format, using the incremental naming convention (figure-1, figure-2, etc.). This should resolve the visibility issue in the table of contents.
