Currently there's an issue that authors cannot find what they are looking for quickly. (e.g. how to install R)
Proposal: add tags at the top (like on the Issue Overview page)

@eliselavy: Use questions at the top (e.g. what is your os? what is your favorite language?) and jump on the dedicated answer
