Multiple ES2 Cell Lines #2

@felloumi There appears to be two ES2 cell lines. Should the two rows be merged? Screenshot from the cell line matching table.

@cannin There are 2 ES2 cell lines: Ovarian cancer (CVCL_3509) and Ewing Sarcoma (CVCL_AX39)
