Adjust text parsing for delta-delta comparison (e.g. [Group1-Group2] - [Group3-Group4]

Will work as is for limma....but edger and deseq2 will not recognize delta-delta in contrast.tab. Also, do we have a check for making sure that group names don't have hyphens.
