Currently index files for 5 different readlengths (overhang) are generated using PIM
Need to change this to:
- One STAR index with just fasta file ... no GTF
- determine overhang on the fly ... based off of mean readlength of current sample
- parse overhang and GTF on the fly to rules STAR1p and STAR2p
