We would like to have an option between global top hit (the annotation for the best hit is given for one node in the network, if the other node has lower cosine for the same match, it will get the next annotation on the list) vs. local top hit (each node will just get its top annotation regardless of other nodes in the network). We would need an option to toggle between these options
