iTrust setup #17

Follow up the setup with Rahul:

production also works well. Public site has connection issue. Anney suggested we might need to submit firewall exception form. Currently we will continue to use CILogon on public site. I've changed the code to support both iTrust and CILogon. So we can switch to iTrust in the future.

For public site, Anney has submitted the firewall exception form. We will change the login page to iTrust when the firewall issue is resolved.

Just confirmed the public site is working now.
