Sensitive information on public databases: #22

We do need to think about what data we can release on our public database.

I think we will have to remove patient level variant data for the RNAseq and germline.

I am not sure if we are permitted to release the somatic variant data publicly at the patient level. We may need to remove the HLA data from the public site.

I am not sure about the Neoantigen prediction.

We may have to remove most of the metadata except diagnosis.

I think the summary level data is fine.

I think releasing cell line data is fine.

We need to think about how we can get dbGAP handshake to give permission to see sensitive data on https://clinomics.ccr.cancer.gov/clinomics/public/ as part of the authentication process.
