Missing bam files #26

Hi Hsien-Chao,

Could you please check why BAM files for following case is not showing up in IGV.

It looks like the bam files are corrupted. I cannot even show them in desktop IGV.

Manoj has regenerated the bam files. I've copied them to Frederick server. They seem work well now.
