Setting error #28

Manoj found an error when clicking the setting. Since I did not see the error, this might be related to the user setting.

  1. replaced $user_id with $current_user->id in viewSetting function in UserSettingController.
  2. added "_superadmin" to config/acl_menu.php

Manoj confirmed the bugs are fixed.
