This is caused by different RSEM annotation version in Landscape project. Some samples used older version so their symbols are TMEM173 and MB21D1 respectively. I am working on a conversion script to convert the older symbols to newer ones. I think using gene symbols in RSEM output is not a good practice. We might want to use ENSEMBL accession instead.
